No signal after landing
You’ve arrived, but your phone shows “No Service” or can’t find a network.
Try this, in order
- 1Turn Airplane mode on for ~15 seconds, then off — this forces a fresh network search.
- 2Make sure the Orca line is switched on and selected for cellular/mobile data.
- 3Turn on Data Roaming for the Orca line. This is required for travel eSIMs and won’t cause home-carrier charges.
- 4Restart your phone now that you’re in the destination.
- 5Still nothing? Open the Orca line’s Network Selection, turn off Automatic, wait for the list, and pick a local network manually.
- 6Give it a few minutes — the first connection in a new country can take a little while.
