Orca eSIM (“Orca”, “we”) sells eSIM data plans for travellers. This notice explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. Questions? Email hello@orcaesim.com.

• Your name and email address — needed to process payment and to send your eSIM, QR code, and order updates. We don’t ask for a phone number.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Paycools. We never see or store your full card number.
• Order details — the plan you bought, your destination, and the eSIM identifiers (order number, ICCID) needed to deliver and support it.
• Referral code — if you used a partner’s code at checkout.
• Basic technical data — standard request logs used to keep the service secure and working.

• Deliver your eSIM and QR code, and provide customer support.
• Process your payment and prevent fraud.
• Credit commission to partners when a valid referral code is used.
• Operate, secure, and improve the service.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

We share the minimum needed with the processors that run the service:

• Paycools — payment processing.
• Resend — sending your order and eSIM emails.
• eSIMAccess — provisioning the eSIM itself.
• Supabase — securely storing order and account data.

We keep your order data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@orcaesim.com.
