Orca eSIM (“Orca”, “we”) sells eSIM data plans for travellers. This notice explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. Questions? Email hello@orcaesim.com.

• Your name and email address — needed to process payment and to send your eSIM, QR code, and order updates. We don’t ask for a phone number.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Paycools. We never see or store your full card number.
• Order details — the plan you bought, your destination, and the eSIM identifiers (order number, ICCID) needed to deliver and support it.
• Referral code — if you used an affiliate’s code at checkout.
• Basic technical data — standard request logs used to keep the service secure and working.

• Deliver your eSIM and QR code, and provide customer support.
• Process your payment and prevent fraud.
• Credit commission to affiliates when a valid referral code is used.
• Operate, secure, and improve the service.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we never use what you give us to place an order — your name, email, or eSIM details — to target advertising. We do measure how visitors reach the site and whether our ads work; see Cookies and analytics below, which you control.

We share the minimum needed with the processors that run the service:

• Paycools — payment processing.
• Resend — sending your order and eSIM emails.
• eSIMAccess — provisioning the eSIM itself.
• Supabase — securely storing order and account data.

If you accept cookies, the two below also receive analytics data. Decline and they receive nothing at all — we don’t load them.

We use two measurement tools, and only with your permission:

• Google Analytics — how many people visit, which country they are in, and which search engine, social network, or link brought them.
• Meta Pixel — whether our Facebook and Instagram ads actually lead to sales.

Neither is loaded until you accept. We don’t merely switch them off if you decline — the scripts are never requested, because requesting one would already reveal your IP address and the page you are on to Google or Meta. Where the law requires us to ask, we ask before anything loads; nothing measurement-related runs while the banner is still on screen.

Declining changes nothing about the site. Every page, your account, your eSIM, and your Orca Points work exactly the same. To change your mind later, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and the choice will be offered again.

Separately, if you arrive through a partner’s referral link we remember that partner’s code on your device for 30 days, so your discount still applies and they are credited even if you browse first or come back later. It is stored only in your browser, is read only by us, contains no personal information, and is not used for advertising. Clearing this site’s cookies removes it.

We keep your order data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@orcaesim.com.
