Install on iPhone

Works on iPhone XS and later, running a recent version of iOS. Make sure your iPhone is carrier-unlocked.

Step by step

  1. 1Open Settings → Cellular (called Mobile Service or Mobile Data in some regions).
  2. 2Tap Add eSIM, then Use QR Code.
  3. 3Scan the QR code from your Orca email. Can’t scan it? Tap “Enter Details Manually” and paste the activation code.
  4. 4When asked, label the line “Orca” so it’s easy to recognise.
  5. 5Keep your home SIM as Primary; set the Orca line for Cellular Data when you arrive.
  6. 6On landing, turn on Data Roaming for the Orca line (Settings → Cellular → Orca → Data Roaming).

Tips

  • Install over Wi-Fi before you fly — you only scan once.
  • Turning on Data Roaming for the Orca line is normal for travel eSIMs and won’t trigger home-carrier charges.
  • iPhones bought in mainland China don’t support eSIM.
