Almost there.

Enter your email — that's where your eSIM and QR code arrive.

How would you like to pay?

On the next page, tap your payment method once — it can take a few seconds to open. If GCash doesn’t respond, go back and choose QR Ph.

Travelling with someone?

Each phone needs its own eSIM. This opens your basket with two of this plan.

Before you pay

Will it work on my phone?

Most phones from the last few years take an eSIM, but not all — some budget Android models and phones sold in mainland China don't. The phone also needs to be unlocked from its network.

To check, open your phone's dialler and enter *#06#. If an EID number appears, your phone supports eSIM. No EID? Email us your phone model and we'll check for you.

When do my days start?

When the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination — not when you buy it. Install it at home on Wi-Fi before you fly, and turn it on when you land.

Why does the payment page say Nomad Diaries?

Nomad Diaries Travel and Tours is the registered company that runs Orca eSIM, so that's the name on the GCash, Maya or card payment page and on your statement. It's the same order.

What if it doesn't work?
  • Not installed yet? Full refund within 30 days of buying.
  • Won't connect, and we can't fix it with you? We replace it or refund it in full, installed or not.
  • This doesn't cover a phone that's carrier-locked or doesn't support eSIM, so check yours before buying.
If your payment doesn't go through
  • Paying inside Facebook or Instagram. E-wallets often stall in the app's built-in browser. Open this page in Chrome or Safari and pay there, or choose QR Ph, screenshot the code and upload it in your GCash or bank app.
  • The SMS code didn't arrive or expired. Wait a minute and ask for a new one. Check your signal, and that it's the number on your wallet.
  • Wallet limit or balance. Unverified GCash and Maya accounts have lower limits. Top up first, or verify your account in the app — bigger plans are more likely to hit the limit.
  • Card declined. Many Philippine debit cards have online or international purchases switched off. Turn them on in your bank app, or pay with an e-wallet.
  • The payment page timed out. It closes if left open too long. Come back here and press Pay again — your email and name are saved.
  • Went back or closed the app mid-payment. Nothing is charged until the payment finishes, so just try again.

Money left your account but no eSIM email arrived? Reply to any Orca email or write to hello@orcaesim.com with the time you paid, and we'll sort it out. You're never charged twice for one order.
